DWC monitors the administration of workers’ compensation claims, and provides administrative and judicial services to assist in resolving disputes that arise in connection with claims for workers’ compensation benefits.
Information and Assistance 408-277-1292.  This is a place where injured workers can call to get information from a state employee who knows about workers’ compensation law.  Call the number, go through a computer menu, leave a message.  Someone should get back to you in 3 days. If they do not, call back.  Be kind and patient with these folks.  They are over worked and underpaid.  They all try to do a good job for the people who call.”
